I feel exactly the same way, Ara. I’m always up for the adventure of a new town/part of the country, but I could skip the prep. At least we don’t have to pack and load/unload. 😉 Thanks!

Yes, nancymcmillan, it’s Boston! I’m horrible at recognizing skylines. Unless the picture has the Transamerica building in San Francisco, NYC’s Empire State building, or this bridge in Boston, I probably own’t get it. Oh, well, except for DC, of course. 😉 Thanks!

You poor thing. Good luck packing. See how much you can get rid of. I’ve often thought if we all had to move every 10 years, we wouldn’t collect so much stuff. Give yourself plenty of treats.

Ha, thanks, Barb! I’m pretty much a pro at this by now, but it’s still exhausting. 😉 We definitely don’t collect as much stuff. One of the things I like about moving house every few years is the big purge before and after. We’re constantly trying to downsize and minimize, but we still manage to accumulate stuff over the years.

loujenhaxmyor: We have found a few things. We’ve also managed to get rid of a lot of stuff (especially from my kids’ closets and drawers) that hasn’t been used the whole time we lived here. Thanks!
