Exploring Scrivener on the Indie Author’s Journey Podcast

word PODCAST with headphones on side for the letter C

I had fun talking to Terry Heath on the new Indie Author’s Journey podcast about what Scrivener is, what I like about it, what’s new in Scrivener 3, and my suggestions for approaching how to learn it.

Clocking in at 34 minutes, this episode’s not too much of a commitment, so I hope you’ll check it out.

And if you need to spice things up, drink every time I say “cool.” Do not do this while driving. 😉

Over the past several years, I set up Scrivener 2 and provided tech support and did the compiling for my wife’s intensively researched, and recently published, book —the kind of complex, multi-part, heavily footnoted project Scrivener was made for — and now I’ve just upgraded to Scrivener 3 in preparation for my own book project as well as my wife’s next one. So it was perfect luck to find this extremely helpful podcast discussion of Scrivener and what version 3 brings to the app. Just a model of clear, concise, well-crafted presentation and a wonderful on-ramp. Thanks!
