    “I’m sorry. More of it is on your side of the line than mine. You have to move it.”

    “Yes, but I don’t have jurisdiction.”

    “I understand. But, this is not about jurisdiction. You have permission. I give it to you. You can have it in writing.”

    ” I appreciate that, but your family has a long history associated with this stone. You have three brothers and a sister. They may not like it if I move it even with your written permission.”

    “Now that I look at it, are you sure the survey crew got the boundary correct? My family does have a long history with that stone and I’m not so sure that the whole thing isn’t on my property.”
